Joao Cancelo may still leave Juventus this summer with Barcelona the latest club linked with the Portuguese full-back.

Cancelo has been closely linked with a switch to Manchester City this summer amidst reports that Juve management are keen to sell the player.

Suggestions are varied for the reasoning behind the sale with one part of the Italian media reporting that Cancelo would be sold to fund a move for Matthijs De Ligt and the other suggesting Cancelo’s attitude has caused concern.

RAC Sport’s Gerard Romero reports that agent Jorge Mendes has offered Cancelo to Barcelona this summer while taking Nelson Semedo to Atletico Madrid.

With Juan Cuadrado’s future at Juventus also uncertain, it’s unclear which of these deals Juve are more likely to push through with a suggestion that this could be an effort from the Bianconeri to force City to stop dragging their feet on Cancelo.

Juventus have also been linked with Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kieron Trippier and Leicester City’s Ricardo Pereira.
