Juventus are looking to close a deal for Edgar Elizalde while redeeming Luca Zanimacchia outright following his loan spell at the U23 team.
The Bianconeri are working on a number of fronts for a series of first team players but are also looking to conduct deals in the background for some potential future stars.
First among them could be Luca Zanimacchia who Juve may redeem outright as part of the deal that takes Stefano Sturaro to Genoa.
Goal Italia’s Romero Agresti reports that Juventus also met with Pescara today in an effort to sign young centre-back Edgar Elizalde, a long term target for the Bianconeri.
The 18-year-old Uruguayan was subject of attention from a number of Serie A sides as well as Everton in the Premier League.
